Life is an adventure. Through the Ayurvedic doctrine (the science of long life), I have found my daily adventures.

Ayurveda reveals to us the relationship of man to nature, our fellow human beings and above all to ourselves. According to Ayurvedic teaching, it is impossible to separate the taste of a fruit, the fragrance of a flower, or love in the heart of a human being. Ayurveda has accompanied me for many years and repeatedly I discover new correlations. Often there are small changes that give more joy, love and consciousness.

- 2005: training as Ayurveda masseuse at The European Academy of Ayurveda followed in 2006 by further courses to be an Ayurveda therapist

-Training in Kalari - massage, Marma therapy, as well as Kalari Payatt (South Indian combat sports) with Steffen Geissler.

During my stay in Mysore, India I joined Ashtanga Yoga with B.N.S Iyengar, where I found the perfect complement to Ayurveda.

In Rishikesh, India, Iyengar Yoga training at Usha Deva end 2012 and

training to be a yoga teacher at Yogi Sivadas, Dharamshala, India Oct. 2012.

I had wonderful teachers and I'm thankful for all the knowledge they have shared with me.
